A. Coverpoint Care is scalable from 1 to 9 PCs.
Q. What does the Coverpoint Care service provide?
A. The service provides:
- Annual It audit with report and recommendations
- 8, 12 or 16 hours of call-off support depending on the number of PCs
- Remote support right down to the desktop
- Ability to top up support hours if used
- Single point of contact

A. Your business warrants a higher level of service and our monthly support package can provide this.
